Step 1
Pay for cell phone calls with a debit card and terminal. If you receive a salary at your company on an NCC card or another, then you can put money on the phone without overpaying a single percentage. So, insert the card into the terminal, enter the password and select the "expert payments" item. Click on "cellular", enter the phone number without the eight, press "enter".
Step 2
Check if the initials shown match yours. They must be the same as entered in the contract when purchasing a SIM card. If everything is correct, enter the payment amount and press "enter" again. Take your check and check your phone balance. As a rule, transactions take place within a couple of minutes. Keep your receipt with you at all times.

Make payments via Internet Banking. If you have a Visa or MasterCard credit card in your hands, then you can carry out this operation without leaving your home. Go to the bank's website and enter the login and password from your personal account. Find the function "payments" and the item "mobile communication" inside the site.
Step 4
Enter your cell phone number, operator name and payment amount. Click next. Check the correctness of the entered data. If everything is correct, click "pay" and in a few minutes the money will be credited to the account. Check your balance. Again, in this case, the commission is not charged from the card.
Step 5
Use electronic money transfers to your phone number. You can also transfer money from the card to any payment system, for example, Yandex-Money, WebMoney or RBC Money. And from them, in the same sequence, pay for the services of a cellular operator. Ask the bank employees in advance about the possible commission when transferring money from the card to the wallet of the payment system.
