Step 1
To find out how much money is left on your MTS account, dial the following symbols on your phone: * 100 # or # 100 #. Press the call button. Soon, information about your account balance will appear on the phone screen. Moreover, if you start typing with an "asterisk", then the information will come to you in Cyrillic, and if from a "lattice", then the text will be displayed in Latin transcription. For example: "Balance: 150r" or "Balans: 150r".
Step 2
MTS also provides clients with assistance services in order to view the account balance. To use the Mobile Assistant, call 11111, the answering robot will announce your account balance. If it is inconvenient, you can send a free SMS with the text 11 to number 111. In reply you will receive an SMS with information about the balance.
Step 3
You can also use the Internet Assistant. To do this, on the MTC website (mts.ru), enter the phone number without spaces, starting with a three-digit network code, and a password. If you have not used the Internet Assistant yet or have forgotten the password for it, then set a password. To do this, dial * 111 * 25 # and press the call button, you will receive a message inviting you to enter a new password, answer it by entering from 4 to 7 digits of the password. You can do without SMS, call 1115 and follow the instructions of the answering machine. You will be prompted to enter the password, complete the input of the numbers with an asterisk, and then agree with the entered data by pressing 1.
