Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that your landline phone supports the CLIP FSK function, since MGTS works with this technology. It implies that the number is determined before the connection is established, and not as before, when the caller's phone was displayed only after picking up the receiver. Most modern devices, for example, Siemens, Philips, General Electric, LG, Panasonic, Voxtel, meet these requirements. In addition, the new automatic number identification format allows you to see the number in 10-digit format, including the first digits of the code, and not 7 digits as before.
Step 2
Call the MGTS contact center at 495-636-0-636, listen to the entire voice message or switch the telephone to tone mode and press "0" to connect with the center's specialist. Tell him that you want to activate the "Digital Caller ID" service to your landline phone. The digital identifier will be connected in the near future, within two days at the most.
Step 3
Check your mailbox regularly as MGTS will send you an invoice for activating the digital number identification service. The payment amount is 54 rubles per month. Pay the invoice within the terms indicated on the invoice, if payment is not received on time, the identifier will be disabled. In the future, the cost of the caller ID service will be included in the general bill for the use of a fixed telephone. Pay attention to the fact that when you activate the service at the beginning of the month, the invoice that you receive will indicate the next period, so until the end of the month you will use the identifier for free.
Step 4
Remember that telephone numbers whose subscribers are not served by MGTS and PBX numbers are not always identified.
