Users of MTS and other mobile operators often notice that money is disappearing from their account suspiciously quickly. To understand this, you need to study the list of connected services.
Instructions
Step 1
Find out information about your personal account in MTS in one of several ways. Try to call the company's support service at 0890, and then wait for the operator's response. Ask what services you have connected, and why money quickly leaves the account. The call is free within the subscriber network.
Step 2
Use an online assistant. To do this, go to the official website of the MTS company, then click on the link to enter the subscriber's personal account. If you have not done this before, you need to get a login and password for access. Click Get Password and follow the instructions on the screen. As a result, a message with a username and password will be sent to your phone number. Alternatively, you can dial * 111 * 25 # on your phone and follow the instructions. Also try to call 1115 to receive data to enter your personal account.
Step 3
Click on the link "Internet Assistant" in your personal account. Go to the "Rates, Services and Discounts" menu, where open the "Service Management" tab. You will see a list of services that are connected to your tariff. You can turn off unnecessary ones to cut down on cellular costs. In addition, you can use statistics to find out what amounts of funds have been debited from your account over the past few weeks.
Step 4
Consider if you have subscribed suspiciously on any Internet sites. Sometimes some resources ask you to provide a phone number to complete registration or gain access to some seemingly harmless services, but in fact, a certain amount of funds starts to be debited from your account every day. You can recognize and disable unwanted subscriptions in your personal account or by contacting the specialists at the MTS office nearest you.
