The procedure for disconnecting the Internet on Tele2 depends on the type of connected service. This can be done via the Internet, a subscriber service, or using USSD commands.

The most convenient way to view all services related to Internet access is a personal account from Tele2. It is available at my.tele2.ru. To enter the subscriber's personal account, enter your phone number, after which you will receive an SMS message with a password. After authorization, follow the "Configure services" link and disable the connected options. For example, such as "Night Unlimited", "Unlimited Opera Mini", "Internet from Phone", etc.
Step 3
To disable access to the mobile Internet, you can contact the subscriber service. Call 611 from a mobile or landline phone and wait for the operator to answer. Then indicate your desire to turn off the mobile Internet on the specified phone number. Please note that the subscriber's passport data will be required to pass verification.
