It would seem that we should know our own phone number by heart - but sometimes it turns out that this is not so. You can even forget your number - especially if you've just bought or rented an apartment. How to find out your landline phone number if you don't know it?
Instructions
Step 1
The easiest and most obvious way is to take advantage of the fact that almost all mobile phones have an automatic number identification function. Call from a landline phone to your own mobile number and rewrite the displayed digits. Or call one of your friends and ask them to send you an SMS number. However, if your city number has a G8 blocked and you cannot call a cell phone with a federal number from it, you will not be able to use this method.
Step 2
In this case, try to find bills for a landline phone - they come monthly, and each of them must contain the phone number for which you pay. This is your city number.
Step 3
You can try to find your phone on the Internet. To do this, type in the search engine "phone base" and the name of the city in which you live. Then enter the home address - and the home phone number will be found. It should be noted, however, that as a rule it is not always possible to trust such an "online telephone directory": it is generally impossible to post such information on the network, and such telephone bases are usually far from complete, and the data could be outdated a long time ago. But sometimes in them you still manage to find what you are looking for.
Step 4
If none of the above methods worked, call the free reference service by phone 09 and find out the reference number of the city telephone network. By calling it, you can find out your phone number "first-hand".
