Step 1
If you are a client of the mobile operator "Megafon", block your personal account using one of the available methods. You can contact the operator. To do this, dial the short number 0500 from your mobile device. If you do not have a cell phone at hand, use a city stationary telephone. Call 8 (495) 5025500, dictate to the operator the federal number of your personal account and indicate the desired blocking period.
Step 2
You can also activate voluntary blocking via the internet system. To do this, visit the operator's official website - www.megafon.ru. Click on the link directing to the "Service Guide". Enter your federal number and password. In the menu, select the "Services and tariff" section. Then click on the item "Number blocking". Specify the period and click "Install". Please note that the service is paid (30 rubles per month).
Step 3
If you are a legal entity, you can set the blocking of your personal account by contacting the office of the mobile operator. You also have the opportunity to activate the service using an official letter sent by fax.
Step 4
MTS OJSC subscribers also have the opportunity to use the Voluntary Blocking service. To do this, contact the nearest office or cell phone salon. Call the contact center of the cellular operator. Dial 0890 from your mobile device.
Step 5
Activate the blocking using the "Internet Assistant" system. Go to the company's website - www.mts.ru. Find the link to the self-service system, then enter the required information. In the menu, select the subsection "Number blocking", and specify the period. Please note that when blocking a number, 70 rubles will be deducted from your personal account.

If you are a Beeline customer, block your personal account by calling 88007008000. You can also manage your personal account through the “Personal Account” system, which is located on the Internet at www.beeline.ru.
