Step 1
We are engaged in a legal search for open and accessible information about the subscriber, whose cell phone number we have. We launch the Internet. We drive the cell phone number into the search bar of the Google search engine. Similarly, we do the same operation in other search engines - Yandex, Rambler.
Step 2
We follow the found links. We study information about possible announcements, indicating the desired cell phone number, mentions of others about this number. We pay special attention to various message boards - as a rule, they contain information about the type of activity of the person being wanted.

We enter the received information in parts (phrases) into the search bar of search engines. We make similar transitions on the links found. We accumulate the found information.
