The procedure for uploading, or restoring, the saved firmware on the iPhone is performed using the iTunes application or the iCloud cloud service in the latest versions of the mobile device.
Instructions
Step 1
Connect your iPhone to your computer using the supplied connecting cable and wait for the mobile device to be detected by iTunes to create a firmware backup.
Step 2
Call the context menu of the detected iPhone in the left pane of the application window by right-clicking and selecting the "Create a backup copy" command.
Step 3
Wait for the completion of the process of creating a backup to restore the firmware of the mobile device and go to the "Overview" tab of the iPhone window.
Step 4
Press the "Restore" button and confirm your choice by pressing the same button again.
Step 5
Wait for the recovery process to complete and the device reboot.
Step 6
Determine a successful restore by a black screen with the iTunes logo and connection cord.
Step 7
Wait until the message "iPhone is activated" appears and once again call the context menu of the mobile device in the left pane of the iTunes window by clicking the right mouse button.
Step 8
Specify the command "Restore from backup" and select the path to the saved backup file in the dialog box that opens.

Open the Settings menu on the iPhone home screen to use the iCloud cloud service and select iCloud.
Step 10
Go to the "Storage & Copies" section and drag the slider to the "On" position in the "Backup" group.
Step 11
Use the "Create a copy" option to copy the firmware files immediately or wait for the automatic backup to complete if the following conditions are met:
- the computer and iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network;
- the iTunes application on the computer is running;
- iPhone is connected to a power source.

Use Recover from iCloud when setting up your device and enter the Apple ID and iCloud user password.

Wait until the available firmware files are determined and select the desired one.
