It is worth noting that the transition is paid, therefore, if your account has debts and less than 100 rubles (100 rubles is the cost of the transition), then the change of operator will be refused.

You need to come to the Megafon office, inform the employees of your intention to change the mobile operator, and then fill out the questionnaire that you will be given. After filling in all the fields in the questionnaire, you will be given a new SIM card, the day before the change of operator, a message with this notification will be sent to your phone.
The transition cost is 100 rubles, the transition time is no more than 30 days.
The transfer may also be refused due to the fact that 60 days have not yet passed since the previous change of the cellular operator.
