Step 1
In order to be able to send sms or mms messages using the mail programs installed on your computer to the phones of MTS subscribers, go to the following page of the official website of the MTS operator: https://www.mts.ru/messaging/sms/performance / pcm /.
Step 2
Check out the terms and conditions for sending messages this way. If everything suits you, download the Russian-language zip-archive of a special program (it is at the bottom of the page) for its subsequent installation on your computer. This program will make it possible to send sms or mms messages from your computer through mail programs such as Office Outlook or Office Express.
Step 3
Unpack the downloaded archive on your computer. You will see the "SMS / MMS Installation Wizard from Computer" program window on your screen. Before starting the installation, close all running applications on your computer and click the "Next" button.
Step 4
Carefully read the terms of the user agreement and, if you agree, check the appropriate box. Click "Next".
Step 5
Choose whether to install this program only for you or for all users of this computer.
Step 6
Select the components of the program to be installed, plug-ins for Office Outlook and Office Express, as well as plug-in for IE, if it is your browser program. Click "Next".
Step 7
Select the folder on your computer where this program will be installed to send messages to MTS phones. After you click the "Next" button, the program will begin to install on your computer. At the end of the installation, the system will offer an automatic reboot so that you can use the program.
Step 8
Reboot your computer. After that, a shortcut of the installed program will appear on the desktop of your computer.
Step 9
Open it and, following the instructions given, get a registration code to create a new account to use the service.
Step 10
After you enter the registration code and create an account, you will be able to send sms and mms messages through the Office Outlook and Office Express mail programs to the numbers of MTS subscribers.
