Instructions
Step 1
One of the best free presentation tools is Movie Maker. Download the installation files for this software from the developer site. Install the utility by running the downloaded file.
Step 2
Open the main menu of Movie Maker. Select the File tab and go to the Add to Project function. Wait for the Windows Explorer window to start. Specify the required files.
Step 3
Follow the described sequence until all the necessary images are added to the project. Include audio tracks in a future presentation in the same way.
Step 4
Select the "View" menu and activate the "Show visualization bar" item by clicking on it with the left mouse button. Move all the images in sequence to the Video field. If you have mixed up the order of the pictures, change their position in the render bar.
Step 5
Transfer the music tracks included in the project to the Sound field. Set the display time for each specific slide. This function allows you to precisely match the picture to the desired moment in the soundtrack.
Step 6
After training all personnel, review the final version of the project. To do this, click the Play button. Correct any inaccuracies and adjust the timing of certain slides. Add visuals if needed.
Step 7
Start saving your finished project. Press the Ctrl and S keys at the same time. After starting the new dialog box, fill in the "File name" field and specify the folder to save it.
Step 8
Activate the item "Provide the best video quality" by putting a check mark next to it. Click the "Continue" button. Wait while the program connects the elements. Run the resulting video file using a special player.
