Some video clips are created by combining an audio track and multiple images into a single file. This technique is very common when creating "home" presentations.

Instructions
Step 1
If you're not looking to create high quality videos, use Movie Maker. This utility can be downloaded from the official Microsoft website. Install this program and run it.

After entering the main Movie Maker menu, open the File item. Select the "Add to project" sub-item. After a while, the explorer window will start. Open the directory containing the desired music track. Select the file and click the Add button.
Step 3
Repeat the above steps to add more music or images to the new project. Make sure all the data you want appears in the Movie Maker main menu.

Activate the expanded display of the render bar. First activate this panel using the View menu. Now click on the "Expand" icon located next to the indicated strip. Move the images to the Video field. Observe the sequence you want.
Step 5
Add music tracks to the Sound field. It is best to prepare audio files in advance. To do this, use any editor that allows you to trim tracks and make certain adjustments to them.
Step 6
Set your own display time for each specific image. This method will ensure that a specific frame appears in the desired part of the audio track. Click the Preview button to preview the clip.
Step 7
Open the File menu again and select Save Video. Fill out the form that appears. Be sure to check the box next to Best Video Quality. If not required, set the video clip options yourself.
Step 8
Click "Next". Confirm the start of the process of merging presentation elements. After performing the necessary actions, the program will automatically open the directory containing the final video file. Run it and check the quality of the clip.
