With the approach of autumn, the interest of potential buyers and specialists in new mobile devices from Apple is growing more and more. The company promised to present them in mid-September 2012. Most likely, the corporation will present a new model of the iPhone cell phone, and possibly a budget version of the iPad mini tablet. But if there is practically no information about the characteristics of the tablet, then the data about the phone is gradually leaking into the Internet publications.
It is assumed that the new fifth generation iPhone will be presented by Apple very soon - on September 12th. At the same time, preliminary acceptance of applications for the phone should begin, and it should go on sale on September 21st. However, all these dates are just speculations, appearing in various media and on Internet sites.
The company itself has traditionally kept silent about the release dates of future new products, not to mention their technical characteristics. Therefore, it is possible to discuss the screen parameters of Apple's new mobile phone only presumably, based on unofficial information referring to anonymous sources.
The closest to the truth seems to be the assumption that the screen of the next generation iPhone will stretch vertically, while maintaining the same width. Portal 9to5mac.com refers to the prototypes of a new mobile phone that came to them, in which the horizontal size remained equal to 1.9632 inches (almost 5 cm), and the height is now 3.484 inches (8. 85 cm). These dimensions closely match the aspect ratio of a 16: 9 widescreen video image, so they seem quite reasonable.
The mobile phones of this manufacturer, belonging to the fourth generation, had a resolution of 640x960 pixels and corresponded to the proportions of 3: 2. Based on the new dimensions, we can assume that the next-generation display will have a resolution of 640x1136 pixels, which is 176 pixels higher than previous iPhone models. From publications on the same site, it is known that the new version of the Apple iOS 6 operating system already includes support for this screen resolution. It will accommodate six rows of application icons and extended user program interfaces with increased space for content on the display of a mobile phone.
