To send messages to the phones of local telecom operators via the Internet, use special sites, for example, https://www.mensajetexto.com/, it allows you to send messages to the numbers of the Spanish Movistar, Amena, Vodafone. Register on the site, create a username and password, add information about the addressees to the address book. Write the subscriber's number in the format 0034 - operator code, telephone. You can send messages to the numbers of Russian operators using the Internet. For example, to send to a Beeline subscriber, go to a special page https://www.beeline.ru/sms/index.wbp.
