Many megapixels is, of course, good, but the physical size of the matrix is much more important. If it is small, the image will be noisy. Therefore, if the matrix of the two cameras is the same size, then choose the one where the resolution is lower, since the color on it will be better, and there will be less noise. Sensitivity is measured in ISO - the higher the better. But in practice, high sensitivity is rarely needed by anyone other than reporters, so if you prefer staged photography, you can neglect this parameter.
