Limbo is a game of logic and thinking. If you want to find all the secrets in this game on your own, then most likely you will not succeed, or you will spend a lot of time, since there are quite a lot of these secrets here.
On the way to the secret level
In order to open the secret level in the computer game Limbo, you must fulfill one condition - to collect ten eggs. It is worth saying that sometimes it is difficult to guess their location, and sometimes it is completely impossible. In the event that you find all these eggs, then a secret level will open. You need to go to this place at the 26th stage and go into the dungeon there.
The very first egg is at the very beginning of the game. After our main character comes to his senses, you need to run strictly to the left. Then an egg will appear, which will lie on the ground. Once you find it, you will unlock the Wrong Direction achievement (if playing through Steam).
Finding the second egg will take a little effort. It is located in chapter 4. According to the plot, the main character climbs a tree, after you drop the rotted part of it, you do not need to jump after her. To the left of this place there will be a rope, climbing on which you can see the second egg. The achievement "We must strive for the high" will be obtained.
The next egg is in chapter 20. After most of the level is flooded with water, you need to take a piece of the pipe with which you climbed and drag it to the right. It must be left in such a way that about half of the pipe is above the cliff. After that, you need to climb onto the pipe and jump to the left. You will hook on the hidden rope, and the next egg will fall out of the pipe. This will end up with the Stuck achievement.
In chapter 24, by the time you get to the elevators, you need to use them to lift the box. In order to get a new egg, you need to pull the box out of this elevator, and send it down. Then you need to act quickly. You call the elevator and use the box to jump onto the elevator mechanism. As you will see the rope on the left, you will need to jump and catch on to it, after which a new egg will fall out.
The next egg is in chapter 26. You just need to go into the cave (in which a new ending will open) and go to the right. While you hear that you are walking on the water, you must start jumping and continue walking in the same direction. An egg will appear very soon.
At the finish line
In chapter 27, when you reach the large mechanisms, there is another egg. In order to get it, you do not need to turn on the mechanisms. You just need to climb over the disengaged gear, and you will see the egg.
In chapter 30, after you get rid of the worm on your head, you need to go back a little. There you will see a staircase leading upstairs. You need to work quickly, as the press can crush you. If everything goes well, you will receive the coveted 7th egg.
The next egg is in chapter 32. After you have gone far enough and the world stops revolving around you for the first time, you will see a box. In the story, you need to throw it down, but in order to get the egg, you don't need to do this at all. We move the box close to the wall with sparks and jump onto the box. Then you need to jump to the left (there is a hidden ledge) and then jump to the right.
When in chapter 34 you reach the elevators, you just need to go down the chain that goes under the first of them. At the very bottom of this pit, you will see the penultimate egg.
The last egg is at level 38. You need to work quickly here. We turn on gravity and drag the box a little to the right (so as not to interfere), after which time will end and gravity will turn on again. You need to switch it again and quickly run to the left, where there will be a special compartment. In the upper left corner of this room is the last egg. Until gravity turns on again, you need to pull the lever, and the cherished egg will fall out.
