When the SIM card is blocked, the phone itself remains working. This type of blocking can occur when the PIN is entered incorrectly. Use the pack-code to unlock, in case the card containing the SIM card was lost, contact the representative office of your mobile operator. If the SIM card was registered to you, then your passport will be required, otherwise - the passport of the person to whom it was registered. You will be given a duplicate SIM card, after which you can make calls.

Factory blocking can occur if you bought a phone intended for use in the network only of the operator under which it was blocked. Otherwise, when you turn on the phone, you will be required to enter the unlock code. Contact the manufacturer of your cell phone or the company that provided the lock. You will need to provide the serial number of the phone (IMEI), as well as the personal information provided during registration. Otherwise, flip the phone yourself or contact the service center to unlock the phone.
Step 3
The phone lock is designed to keep the personal data of the owner of the phone intact in case of loss or theft. In this case, the phone is completely blocked. To unlock, you must either contact the manufacturer or perform a flashing. Contact the manufacturer's representative to request the factory reset codes as well as the firmware reset codes. Keep in mind - if the firmware is reset to zero, all your personal data will be erased, as in the case of a flashing. When flashing, carefully follow the instructions, and if in doubt about your own abilities, contact the service center for flashing.
