Step 1
Integrated graphics cards are installed to extend the laptop's battery life. Typically, these video adapters have a relatively low power. In order to enable the integrated video card, simply disable the discrete video adapter. Open Device Manager.

Find the item "Video adapters". Right-click on the name of your full-fledged video card. Select Disable. In the warning window that appears, click OK. After disconnecting the external video card, the integrated video adapter will automatically start.

This method is not applicable if you need to change the type of video adapter from integrated to external. Reboot your laptop. Press the F2 or Del key to enter the BIOS menu. Find your built-in video card there and set the Disable parameter in front of it.
