Step 1
Connect your iPad to your computer and install the latest available iOS update. Usually there shouldn't be any problems at this stage.
Step 2
When synchronizing with a computer, the operator's settings are usually updated automatically, but if this has not happened, they will have to be entered manually. On the device itself, you need to go to: Settings -> Cellular Data -> APN Settings.
