To clean an LCD or LED screen, you don't have to buy an expensive set of fixtures. Caked-on dirt can be removed with several common household utensils.
It is necessary
microfiber cloth
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need a microfiber cloth for this. Eyeglass wearers probably already have it, but you can stock up on a larger tissue to wipe the screens. You can buy it on specialized sites or in photo shops.
Step 2
Use a dry cloth to gently wipe off any adhering dirt. If the latter is held firmly, you can slightly press on the screen with a napkin (in this phrase, the key word is "slightly").
Step 3
If you cannot clean the surface this way, use a damp cloth. But how and to what extent to moisturize it? You should definitely not use soap, window cleaner, or any liquid that contains alcohol. Take an empty spray bottle (like microfiber cloths, they are inexpensive and widely available) and fill it with distilled water and white vinegar, taken in equal proportions.
Step 4
Using a spray bottle, moisten a cloth (but not the screen) with the vinegar solution. After that, carefully, as described above, wipe the dirty surface with a damp cloth.
Step 5
Wait for the screen to dry. Only then can you install the battery, plug in the power cord, and plug it into a power outlet.
