Instructions
Step 1
Make sure the microphone is physically present in the system, that is, it is connected to the PC. To do this, unfold the system unit and check that its plug is correctly connected, that is, into the corresponding socket. In most cases, this jack is marked with a tiny stylized microphone icon.
Step 2
After making sure the microphone is connected, open the control panel on your personal computer. Then, depending on the operating system installed on your computer, select Sounds and Audio Devices or Sound. Make sure the microphone is not muted in the settings.
Step 3
Select the option "sound transmission without driver processing", this will allow the sound to be transmitted immediately without being reflected in the speakers.
Step 4
Open the Skype app. Select "Tools" from its menu and click on "Options". In the "Sound settings" section that opens, adjust the volume of the connected microphone. To make sure that the settings are correct, make a test call. The recording made in the automatic service will allow you to listen to the sound as the interlocutor hears it.
