Every day someone's memory card in their phone, communicator or flash drive breaks down. And the mood is spoiled for a long time, and the information is lost. However, to restore the performance of the media, you just need to flash it again.
It is necessary
RACCO (industrial small laptop with built-in GPRS modem), microSD, utility, computer with card reader
Instructions
Step 1
A memory card, like a flash drive, is designed quite simply: a controller microcircuit and several memory microcircuits. If the controller "fails", it can be restored by flashing, but if the memory chips, then they must be formatted, and in the factory way.
Step 2
Run the file with the official firmware, after unpacking the data, run the flasher. Extract the temp.dat file from the *.exe file of the official firmware ("Start" -> "Control Panel" -> "User Accounts"), follow the path C: Documents and Settings Username Local Settings Temp.
Step 3
Change the extension of the temp.dat file to temp.bin. Copy the resulting file to the root of a formatted memory card.
Step 4
Check for successful flashing on Windows boot. Reboot your computer. Note! Unofficial firmware utilities are usually downloaded with a simple archive, which must be unpacked and the *.bin file copied to a formatted memory card. There is no need to rename it, because it is already in the required format - *.bin.
Step 5
And one more piece of advice. It is possible to flash a memory card only when the computer somehow sees and detects it. If it does not react to the memory card in any way, and the card is warming up, then this means that it has burned out and cannot be restored as a device. We'll have to buy a new one.
