Before working with the Zenit 122 camera, you need to load the film and familiarize yourself with the main parameters of the device (shutter speed, aperture, photosensitivity).
Instructions
Step 1
To start working with the Soviet Zenit 122 camera, you need to buy and refill a film. To open the film capsule compartment, you need to look at the ISO wheel on the left side of the camera. By pulling the silver tab upwards, you can open a special compartment. The film is inserted into it. After unwinding it on the second reel, take a few shots. Then close the camera cover.
Step 2
Before shooting, remember that several parameters affect the quality of the image: sensitivity, shutter speed and aperture. Light sensitivity affects the brightness of the picture. A value of 400 can be used in semi-darkness. A value of 200 or less is good for shooting on sunny days. Exposure allows you to convey with the help of a frame the movement of water, people on the street. The photo becomes vivid if the shutter speed is 1/30 or less. The aperture is responsible for several factors: the higher the number, the less illumination, the more the background blur effect.
Step 3
Having removed the film completely, you need to get it out. To do this, there is a small black button next to the shutter button that must be pressed. She rewinds frames from end to beginning. Once you've done that, pull out the silver tab on the left and start twisting it clockwise. When wrapping the film into a capsule, you will hear a characteristic sound. Once you have finished rewinding the film, you can safely open the camera compartment.
