Step 1
Clients of the MTS network are provided with several types of call forwarding. It is possible to connect any of them by sending USSD requests. To set absolute call forwarding use the number ** 21 * phone number #, and to disable it - ## 67 #. If you want to set forwarding only for the time when your phone is busy, dial on the keyboard of the mobile USSD-number ** 67 * phone number #. This type of service can be deactivated by the already indicated number ## 67 #. To activate the service while the mobile device is out of the network coverage area, use the ** 62 * phone number # command. To cancel this type of service dial ## 62 #, and to disable the forwarding itself - ## 002 #.
Step 2
To set up any of the listed types of call forwarding, MTS subscribers can use the Contact Center number 8-800-333-0890 or one of the self-service systems (for example, Mobile Assistant, SMS Assistant or Internet Assistant). For connecting the service, an amount of 30 rubles will be debited from the account, the subscription fee for using call forwarding will not be charged.
Step 3
To activate the service in Beeline, you will need to send a special request. If you need a full forwarding, then send a USSD request to the number ** 21 * phone number #. To set call forwarding, which is activated when the phone is busy, use the number ** 67 * phone number #. To deactivate the service, the operator provides subscribers with a short number ## 67 #.
Step 4
In order to activate the Call Forwarding service in MegaFon, you need to call from a mobile phone to the Subscriber Service number 0500 or from a landline phone at 5077777. These numbers will be useful to you when you want to disable call forwarding. For activation, the company's clients can also use a special USSD request ** forwarding service code * phone number #. You can always find the required service code on the official MegaFon website. If you want to completely abandon the further use of the service, send a request to the number ## 002 #.
