Step 1

Step 2

Adjust the ignition system of the machine to correct the problem. For prevention, it is also recommended to change high-voltage wires and candles. Also, engine vibration can occur due to a loose mount that needs to be tightened.

Step 3

Check the wear of the gearbox shaft and bearings, as the cause of vibration may be a defect in the shaft support, which connects the transfer case (RK) and the gearbox (gearbox) of the Niva car. Also check that the fastening is secure and carry out the broach. If a malfunction is found, it is recommended to replace the defective items.

Step 4

Inspect the transfer case if removed for diagnosis or repair. Mounting points may have shifted during installation. Place shims between the PK attachment point with the subframe to adjust its vertical position. Also check the wear of the splined part of the driveshafts and flanges, paying particular attention to the connection to the rear axle.

Step 5

Eliminate visible causes of vibration. Check the wheel balance of the vehicle and the integrity of the tire cord. In the first case, it is necessary to carry out appropriate balancing measures, and in the second, to replace the tires.

Step 6

Scroll the propeller shaft of the Niva car in the centers of the lathe to determine the deviations from the axis of rotation using a special indicator. If it is found that the shaft has a bend, it is necessary to carry out the appropriate repair operations.
