Instructions
Step 1
Contact the Department of Social Welfare to find out if you or your family members are eligible for a 50 percent discount on your phone subscription. Typically, these categories of citizens include: - participants and invalids of the Second World War; - workers in the rear during the Second World War; - labor veterans; - pensioners with rehabilitation documents; - disabled persons of the III group; - single pensioners or families consisting only of pensioners; - unemployed pensioners with dependent children under 18; - persons with government awards.
Step 2
Prepare all the documents necessary to receive compensation for benefits: - an agreement with a telecom operator for the provision of a subscriber number (or a certificate from the operator); - a passport (or a certified copy); - a pension certificate (or a certified copy); - an extract from a brownie books; - an extract from a personal account; - a certified copy of a certificate of disability (for people with disabilities); - a certificate of family composition (for pensioners, including those with dependent children under 18); - a certified copy of a certificate of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War (labor veteran, rehabilitated); - documents confirming the receipt of government awards.
Step 3
Make a statement to the head of the Department of Social Welfare. Indicate in the application how compensation payments will be made. If you want the money to be transferred to a bank account, please provide your bank details. Date and sign. Attach any documents you have collected to your application.
Step 4
Please note: In some cases, the Social Security Department may require income statements for all family members. In the event that the total income is 150% of the subsistence level, you may be denied the payment of monetary compensation for benefits.
