Next, you need to enter your data (number and password) in special fields and that's it, you can communicate. However, for ICQ to work, you must check if you have internet settings. Step 1
If you are a subscriber of the Megafon telecom operator, then you can order automatic Internet settings by calling the subscriber service at 05000 (this number is for calls from a mobile) or 5025500 (from a landline). Dial one of these numbers and listen to the detailed instructions of the autoinformer. In addition, you can use a special service located on the official website of the operator: select the "Internet Settings" tab, click on it, and then fill out the form that appears. There is also an option to send an SMS message, in the text of which you need to specify the number "1" (if you need Internet settings) or "2" (if you need wap settings). The number for sending the message is 5049. Step 2
The Beeline operator has two options for activating an Internet connection (with or without a GPRS connection). To connect the first option, send the USSD command to * 110 * 181 #, and to install the second, dial * 110 * 111 #.
Step 3
A request for automatic Internet settings from the MTS operator can be made by calling the free number 0876 or by visiting the company's website. On the site, you only have to fill out a special form. If it is more convenient for you to send SMS, then use the number 1234 (the message should be without text). The staff of the subscriber support center or the MTS communication salon can help in connecting the Internet (and any other service too).

The ICQ client itself is on the site https://www.icq.com/. To download the mobile version of the program, select the tab called "Mobile ICQ client" on the main page, and then simply enter your phone number in the special field. Or you can simply open the link in your browser
