The Chameleon service is provided by the Beeline operator. The bottom line is that infotainment SMS messages are sent to the subscriber's number. In MTS, this service is called "MTS News".
Instructions
Step 1
To unsubscribe from receiving daily news, call the toll-free number of the customer service center 0890. As soon as the operator answers your call, give him your passport data.
Step 2
To deactivate the MTS News service, contact one of the company's communication salons. Do not forget to bring your service agreement and passport with you. By the way, you can ask to simultaneously deactivate other newsletters from the operator. If for some reason you are denied this, send a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor.
Step 3
You can unsubscribe from any service thanks to the "Internet Assistant". This is the name of the self-service system. You can find it on the official MTS website (the icon is located right on the main page). When you go to the system page, you will see that a password is required to log in. It is easy to do, you just need to send the command * 111 * 25 # or call 1118.
Step 4
Immediately after receiving the password, you can log in and go to the control menu of the "Internet Assistant". Open the section "Tariffs and services", then click on the column "Service management". Find "MTS News" in the list of connected services and click the "Disconnect" button opposite it.
Step 5
There are two more ways to unsubscribe from the newsletter. The subscriber needs to dial the USSD command * 111 * 1212 * 2 # and press the call button. In addition, you can use the mobile phone menu: go to "MTS Services", "MTS News", "Settings", "Additional" and, finally, click on "Disable broadcasting". Please note that you must first delete all existing messages received from MTS News.
