Subscribers of the mobile operator "Megafon" can use a special service, when activated, messages with useful and fascinating information are periodically received on the phone. You can manage this option yourself, including disabling it.
Instructions
Step 1
The deactivation of the service is completely free and within a few minutes. This can be done in several ways. You can deactivate the service at the customer service office. To do this, contact an employee with a SIM card or personal account number. To prove that you are the owner of the license plate, provide a passport or other document (for example, a driver's license).
Step 2
If you do not have time, disable the option by calling the contact center at 0500 (if you are an individual) or 8-800-550-0555 (if a legal entity). You can also send an official letter of appeal by fax 8-495-504-5077.
Step 3
Deactivate the service yourself. While in the MTS network, send the word “stop” to number 5038. Within a few seconds, your phone will receive an answer from the operator, the service will be disabled.
Step 4
Note that when connected, an item called "Kaleidoscope" appeared in the menu of your phone. With the help of this server you can unsubscribe from the newsletter. Go to the menu of your mobile device. Click on the "MegafonPro" section, select "Kaleidoscope" from the list. Next, click on the "Settings" subsection, here click on the "Broadcast" parameter and make it inactive. After this, messages from the operator will not be received on your phone.
Step 5
If you have access to the Internet, go to the website of the cellular company "Megafon". Use the "Service Guide" system to deactivate the service. To do this, enter your phone number and password. Once on your personal page, find the section "Changing the set of services". In the list that opens, find "Kaleidoscope" and uncheck the box, save the changes.
