Use the phone number 8 (351) 247 4242 or 8 (901) 251 5151 to activate express payment cards or enter the "Internet Subscriber Service System" (CCIS) using the saved identification number. Contact the Customer Service Department if it is not possible to remotely activate express payment cards.
Step 10
Use the short number 555 to connect and activate additional services of the Skylink network using the automated voice system of subscriber services, or select the option of a unified information center for SkyLink SkyPoint subscribers (for the Moscow region).
