Step 1
If you find out that large sums of money have suddenly begun to be debited from your phone account with a frequency of several days, rest assured that this is not a paid service of your operator. For the services of operators, funds are debited either daily or monthly, and debiting once every few days is the "handwriting" of content providers.
Step 2
Remember exactly how you signed up for the service. If you did not send SMS, then perhaps you entered your phone number into the form on a website, and then received a confirmation code on the phone, which was also entered into the form on the site. If you didn’t do either one or the other, your relatives, colleagues, or even a stranger to whom you gave the phone “to call for a minute” on the street and then wondered why he didn’t steal it, could sign you up for the service. See if there are any traces of actions with short numbers left in the memory of your phone's outgoing or incoming messages.
Step 3
After finding out the numbers to which messages were sent or from which messages were received, enter them into the search engine. If you're lucky, you'll find a content provider's website. Find the section on this website that describes how to deactivate the service. To do this, you need to either call the consultant of the content provider and inform about your intention to unsubscribe from the service, or send a free SMS to a special number intended for canceling the subscription (oddly enough, it is usually really free).
Step 4
If there are no traces of service activation in the phone memory, call the support service of your operator. Find out in favor of which content provider the write-off was carried out, and what is the phone number of its support service. Then disable the service by calling the specified number.
Step 5
If you have taken the steps necessary to deactivate the subscription, but it has not been deactivated, call your operator's support service again. Ask him to connect or disconnect (depending on the operator) special services in such a way that the ability to write off funds from the phone account in favor of content providers is blocked. You will not be able to return previously lost funds, but you will avoid their further losses.
