Increasing playback can lend a good deal of comic relief to an audio recording. In order to create the effect of a "gel ball" yourself, you can use the Sony Sound Forge program.

Instructions
Step 1
Launch the audio editor and open the required track in it: click the File -> Open menu item (the shortcuts Ctrl + O and Ctrl + Alt + F2 are also responsible for this command), select the file and click "Open". The previous window will close, and a new window will appear in the workspace of the program, which will have the name of the composition that you added to the program. If you have opened a single-channel recording, this window will display one graph, if stereophonic, then two (left channel at the top, right at the bottom).
Step 2
Click the menu item Effects -> Pitch -> Shift. In the window that opens, we are interested in the Semitones to shift pitch by and Cents to shift pitch by parameters. One semitones contains one hundred parts (cents), so the first parameter is used for significant changes, and the second for more precise ones.
Step 3
Set the Semitones to shift pitch by parameter to about 12 and Cents to shift pitch by to 0, 0 - this will double the speed of the music. In addition to the fields for recording values, you can use sliders. At the bottom of the window is the Transposition ratio line. If you did everything correctly, opposite it should read 2, 00000, which means a two-fold increase in speed.
Step 4
Don't forget to set the Accuracy parameter to High (3). Thus, the processing of the track with this effect will be longer, but its quality will be high. When finished with the settings, click "OK". The Pitch shift effect window will close, and a status bar will appear at the bottom of the audio recording window, displaying the progress of the track processing. When it finishes, press Play all (Shift + Space) to listen to the result.
Step 5
To save the result, press the Alt + F2 key combination in the window that appears, specify the path for saving, write a name, specify MP3 Audio in the file type field and click “Save”. The window disappears, and the status bar reappears at the bottom of the audio recording window, this time displaying the save bar. Wait for it to disappear and press Alt + F4 to exit the program.
