In order to assemble a cell phone, you must know how you took it apart. Please note that each phone is disassembled differently, as it has its own design features.
Necessary
- - small Phillips screwdriver;
- - a plastic card or a non-sharp knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Disassemble your phone, writing down the steps along the way so that you don't get confused with its assembly in the future. It is best if you have a camera with a video recording function - in this case, you just need to view the file and follow the steps in reverse order.
Step 2
Prepare your work surface, it is best to cover it with a cloth to avoid the loss of small internal elements. Choose the correct size screwdriver to avoid damaging the screws. It is best to stack the bolts you removed separately to avoid confusion or breakage in the threads when reassembling the phone.
Step 3
Turn off your mobile device, open the back cover by pushing down on it at the base or pressing the special buttons on the sides of the case. Remove the battery, memory card and SIM card from it. Unscrew all the fasteners visible to you and use a plastic card or a mild table knife to open the phone case. Do not use too much force to do this, as plastic is easy to break, especially with metal tools.
Step 4
If necessary, detach the back cover of the phone from the camera using a screwdriver, gently prying the joint so as not to scratch the surface. Detach the side buttons of the device from the half of the case, however, do not disconnect them from the phone board itself.
Step 5
Be extremely careful with the shield connection cable, it is very easy to break it. Disconnect all other components, note that everything that is removed can be removed easily enough - no need to break the phone. Reassemble the phone in reverse order based on your notes.
Step 6
It is imperative to check whether the internal parts of the phone are firmly held, because if they are not secured well, then the next fall can damage the device beyond recovery.
