Java book is a common mobile phone application. The procedure for downloading and installing such a program is no different from installing any other software, but managing the settings of the book can cause some difficulties. The transition to the desired page is carried out using the appropriate key combinations.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to any site with java books. First, choose a genre that suits you or search by author. To download the book, follow the special link in your phone browser. If you download the book using a computer, download the ".jar" file and upload it to your phone using the appropriate software (for example, Nokia PCSuite). If you have any difficulties during downloading, then look at the information on installing java applets in the instructions for your mobile phone.
Step 2
Once the file is downloaded to your phone, launch it using the device's file manager. Some phone models require applets to be installed, so wait until the installer finishes working. Go to the applications menu and launch your freshly installed book.
Step 3
After opening the application on the phone display, you will see the book menu and the list of chapters. Select the "read chapter" option without changing the parameters. Typically, the downloaded workbook is already set up. If you experience any inconvenience while reading, then try to go to the settings and change the desired parameters.
Step 4
To read java books, control of the corresponding keys is used. For example, keys "9" and "3" allow you to turn the page, and "8" and "2" scroll line by line. If your phone is equipped with a touch screen, then it can be conveniently used when reading like an e-book. All settings are specified in the "touchscreen settings" section. The screen is conventionally divided into several zones, after touching which a certain action occurs.
Step 5
If you cannot find the book you need for your phone, then you can use free readers that will allow you to open the file of the required format. One of the most famous readers is the Foliant program, which allows you to work with the FB2 electronic library format and open text TXT files.
