You can also change your tariff plan using the self-service system. Enter the following link in the address bar: www.mts.ru. Find the inscription "Login to your personal account", click on it. Enter your phone number and password in the field. Go to the "Internet Assistant" section. In the list on the left, select the "Tariffs and Services" subsection. Click on the item "Change the tariff plan". You will see a list of possible tariffs, find a suitable one. Review the information and click Next.
Step 3
If you are a Megafon customer, send a request to change your tariff plan. For example, to connect Unlimited, enter the following USSD command: * 105 * 784 #. You can also use the self-service system, the link to which is on the official website of OJSC Megafon. Once on the page, go to the section "Services and tariff", and then to the subsection "Changing the tariff plan". Select the appropriate one, save the changes.
Step 4
To change the tariff in the Megafon network, you can use the help of the customer service center. Dial 0890 from your device, wait for the operator to answer and tell him the essence of the problem (the call is free).

Well, if you are a Beeline subscriber, you can switch to an unlimited tariff using the operator's help. Let's say you want to change the package to "Unlimited". Call the number 067412125. 150 rubles will be charged from your account for changing the tariff.
