Please read the instructions that came with your phone carefully. The memory card can be inserted in different ways on different models. Some phones have card slots on the side surfaces, while others - under covers on the back panel. If the slot for a memory card is located on the side panel, then an arrow icon in a circle will be embossed on top of its cover. Click on the lid.
