Step 1
Initially, it is worth noting the fact that the width of the mounted hood should be ten centimeters more than the width of the gas stove. This is due to the fact that the abundant release of heat from the gas stove will certainly ruin the lining of your headset if the hood does not absorb all the vapors.
Step 2
Determination of the hood height. The working surface of the system should be installed above the level of the working surface of the stove at a distance of 60-70 centimeters. Fix the hood at this height and, placing it exactly in the center of the gas stove, mark the holes for drilling. If you set the system too low, the excessive temperature will melt all the plastic hood mechanisms; if you position it too high, the hood will be ineffective.
Step 3
Drill holes in the wall for attaching the hood canopies. Having inserted plastic dowels into the drilled cavities, screw the fasteners to the wall with screws.
Step 4
Hang the hood on the installed mounts, then proceed with the assembly of the ventilation duct. The steam outlet is assembled according to the principle of the constructor - one sector is inserted into another. If the last sector turns out to be too long, cut it to the desired size with scissors, or with a hacksaw for metal. Possible crevices and gaps must be treated with a sealant, after degreasing the surface.
