Step 1
MTS subscribers need to dial the number of the Contact Center 8-800-333-0890 or use the self-service systems "Mobile Assistant", "SMS Assistant", as well as "Internet Assistant". Call forwarding can also be controlled using USSD commands. In the event that you want to activate absolute call forwarding, then dial the request number ** 21 * phone number # on the keyboard (for disconnection, the number ## 67 # is provided). You can also set up call transfer for the time when your phone is busy, for this use the command ** 67 * phone number # (deactivation is done by the same number ## 67 #). For those who wish to activate the service while the mobile is disconnected or while it is out of the network coverage area, a USSD request ** 62 * phone number # is provided. To cancel this type of call forwarding, you must use the number ## 62 #, and for full call forwarding, use the number ## 002 #. Activation of such a service will cost you 30 rubles, and the subscription fee will not be charged.
Step 2
Customers of the "Megafon" network can activate the service by calling from a mobile phone to the subscriber service number 0500 or from a local phone number to 507-7777. The same numbers can be used to deactivate call forwarding. An activation method is also available using a USSD request: just dial the special command ** (forwarding service code) * (phone number) #. To cancel the selected type of service, use the number ## (forwarding service code) #. To completely cancel call forwarding, dial ## 002 # on the keyboard of your mobile USSD number. Step 3
In "Beeline" you can also set forwarding by sending a special request. The first of them is the number ** 21 * phone number #, thanks to which subscribers can activate full call forwarding (that is, valid in all cases, and not in a specific one). To activate the type of call forwarding, which is activated when the phone is busy, use the command ** 67 * phone number #. Deactivation of the service is available via USSD number ## 67 #.
