Remember, in any case do not run the above utility at the time of printing. This will lead to rather unpleasant consequences. For example, filling your prints with ink. The procedure for aligning the printhead of a printer depends on the operating system installed on your computer.

If you are a Windows user, put a few sheets of A4 plain paper in the printer loader. You can also use Letter size. Then open the control panel and select the printer icon. By clicking on it several times, you launch the software window of this device. Select "Utility" from all tabs and then click on the "Align Printhead" button. After that, the wizard will give you hints. It remains only to clearly follow all the instructions.

If you have a Macintosh operating system, also load a few sheets of paper into the printer. Then open the "Page Setup" window and select the appropriate icon. Open it and press the command button "Utility". There you need to select the "Printhead Alignment" item. The software has a wizard that guides you further to correct your printer problem.
