It is best to select them according to the following parameters: the area occupied on the table; isolation of the magnetic field; connectors suitable for your sound card; compatibility with a sound card in terms of impedance and signal level; the presence of a built-in amplifier (in active speakers); computer compatible design.
Step 3
Purchase a sound system suitable for the intended purpose. For games and movies, speakers consisting of a subwoofer and satellites will be a suitable option. The satellite is responsible for reproducing mid and high frequencies. And full-fledged bass is created by the subwoofer - a relatively large speaker with one very powerful speaker. As a result, thanks to the joint work of the subwoofer and satellites, the entire required frequency range will be reproduced.

Consider the different types of speaker systems. There are many different types of speakers. Some models can be wall-hung, others are floor-standing and portable. Floor-standing variants usually have better sound quality due to the nature of the cabinet design. Often the highest quality speakers are produced of this type. Portable speakers are usually small, which is beneficial if you have limited space or want to take them with you, for example, on a trip. Wall speakers are good because they completely preserve the area of the room, and can also hide some imperfections in the walls or even participate in creating a unique style of the room.
