Battery calibration is used to edit the parameters for displaying the battery charge level of the device, increase the operating time of the device and eliminate unnecessary financial costs. The calibration process does not require special technical knowledge and the involvement of additional software.
Instructions
Step 1
Fully charge the device battery using a USB cable connecting the device to a computer, or a special charger (for PDAs and other mobile devices).
Step 2

Apply the checkboxes in the "Ignore auto power off" and "Auto power off at" fields (you must specify the desired value) and check if the device turns off at the specified moment (for PDAs and other mobile devices).
Step 8
Use the same procedure to carry out 6-7 full charge-discharge cycles of the laptop battery.
