Step 1
If you need to change the tariff of the MTS mobile operator, go to the official website of the company and select your region from the drop-down list.

Then, on the "Individual clients" tab, select the "Tariffs and discounts for calls" section and the "All tariffs" subsection. You will see a list of all possible tariff plans from MTS for subscribers in your region.

Open the tariff you are interested in, read the detailed information about it, tariff conditions, etc. If you are interested in any offer, at the bottom of the description, pay attention to the information on switching to this tariff plan. You will be prompted to enter a specific USSD request in order to change the tariff.

In addition, you can change the tariff plan of MTS using the "Internet Assistant". If you are not yet connected to this service, register in the service by going to the main official page of MTS and clicking on the link: "Internet Assistant". Having received the password, log in to the system and in the assistant menu select the link "Tariff change". Select the tariff you need and act according to the prompts of the program.

Another option for changing the tariff at MTS is to call the round-the-clock information service at 0890. Follow the prompts from the automated menu or contact the operator. Get ready to tell him your passport or other data that you indicated when concluding a service contract with the company and ask him to switch you to a different tariff. The same procedure can be performed by visiting the nearest MTS office in person, taking your passport with you.
Step 6
If you want to completely abandon the services of the mobile operator MTS, you will have to terminate the service agreement in one of the company's representative offices. For a successful shutdown, you should not have any debts to MTS.
