It often happens that the phone model you brought from abroad does not have Russification. How to properly flash a Sony Ericsson phone, regardless of model?
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to have the language files themselves (with the lng and t9 extensions). So the ru.lng file is responsible for the Russification of the menu, and the ru.t9 file will be responsible for the T9 dictionary, respectively.
Step 2
Both files must be installed in a hidden file system, namely in the TPA / PRESET / SYSTEM / LANGUAGE directory. Download original files from the site archive www.topse.ru/files/cat73.html. This is a site for fans of this brand, so there is no crime in using this link
Step 3
Access your phone's hidden file system. To do this, you need to use the JDFlasher program. If you own a Sony Ericsson series phone starting with A2, please use the A2 Uploader.
Step 4
After the phone has launched the program, go to TPA / PRESET / SYSTEM / LANGUAGE. Locate the lng.lst, lng.dat and allowed_language.txt files in the Language folder. Highlight them and delete them from the phone memory. By the way, these files may no longer be present on Sony Ericsson A2 series phones. Delete all unnecessary languages from the Language folder.
Step 5
Copy the new language files (with the lng and t9 extensions) to the Language folder. Please note: all language names must be spelled out in lowercase letters, including the extension.
Step 6
Create a customize_upgrade.xml backup file on your computer. Write in it the languages that you entered into the phone. Save the resulting file and copy it to the TPA / PRESET / CUSTOM / folder.
Step 7
Exit this program. Turn on your phone and check if the languages are working.
Step 8
There is also a less difficult path. Purchase the Setoile tope program on the sezo-ne.ru website, 1.11. Then put the firmware files in the Files window. You can also download these files from the sezo-ne.ru website. Place the finalization files in the MEDL fires window. Press FLASH and wait until the firmware files are installed.
