In the Russian market Motorola was not a popular brand, but recently the company introduced a new smartphone Motorola Moto G7, which has a high performance, while not costing much. Is it worth buying this smartphone and does it have any prospects?
Design
The appearance of the smartphone does not stand out much from its competitors. Most of the front panel is occupied by the screen, and in order not to cut its area, the developers placed the front camera at the top in the form of a drop. This is a fairly popular option that does not look defiant and, in principle, is a success.
On the back there is a fingerprint scanner and the main camera, which stands out for its unusual round shape. The scanner works properly and reacts quickly to touches, but it still cannot work with wet fingers.
Pay attention to the glossy finish on the back. Although it does not retain scratches, and the smartphone can be safely carried in your pocket along with keys or small change, you will clearly see fingerprints and stains on it. The material is very easily soiled, and here you need to either constantly wipe the device, or use it in a case.
The smartphone fits perfectly in the hand. It measures 157 x 75.3 x 8 mm and weighs 172 grams. With prolonged work with it, the brush does not get tired, it is moderately light and thin. There are no complaints about the build quality.
Camera
The main camera has 2 lenses. The wide-angle has 12 MP. The second has 5 MP and is responsible for the depth of the photo. Quite good detail, a wide palette of colors and preservation of all the necessary shadows. The camera quickly identifies the main element in the frame and focuses on it, slightly blurring the background.
There is a night mode. In general, photos in low light are quite good - there is no unnecessary noise and toxic yellow colors, like many of Motorola's competitors. The photo does not blur when exposed to light rays.
The front camera has 8 MP, and is generally quite good, although it does not have autofocus.
The camera can shoot videos in maximum quality 4K at 30 frames. Despite the high details, the stabilization is lame, and the picture is constantly "floating".

Motorola Moto G7 is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor (4x1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Gold + 4x1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Silver) in conjunction with the Adreno 506. The smartphone has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, while it can be expanded with using a microSD card up to 512 GB.
For the life of the phone cares battery with capacity of 3000 mAh. Unfortunately, there is no fast charging mode here, so the smartphone can be charged up to 100 percent in about two hours. Requires a USB Type-C port for charging.
There is Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, FM radio. The price of the device will vary from 15 to 20 thousand, it will depend on the amount of internal memory.
