SMS messaging is a convenient way to get news, but sometimes it's just annoying. Messages from those organizations and enterprises to whose mailing list the person did not subscribe begin to receive messages. Such messages are not interesting to the subscriber, they distract from important matters, clog up the phone. You can unsubscribe from SMS-mailing in different ways.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact any of the salons of your mobile operator and inform the employee of your intention to unsubscribe from SMS-mailing. Give your phone number and show your identity document (passport). Or call the customer support service, dictate your passport data and confirm the right to perform actions with your phone number with control information.
Step 2
The mobile operator “Mobile Telesystems (MTS)” has a support service number 8-800-250-0890 (or short number 0890), “Megafon” - 8-800-333-05-00 (short number - 0500). You can always find contact information for communication with your operator on the official website of the company. Also, useful information is often contained in the brochure given out when buying a SIM card.
Step 3
If you do not want to communicate with a support employee, you can unsubscribe from SMS sending by entering the combination provided for this purpose on your phone. So, the operator "Megafon" has the following code for this: * 105 * 3 * 7 * 1 # and the "Call" button. Check on your operator's website the sequence for entering numbers and signs.
Step 4
Service management is possible through your personal account on the official website of the cellular service provider. Select your region, register or log in to the system, find the "Subscription Management" section and configure the settings you need. Save your changes. After processing the information, a message usually comes that the service (distribution) is disabled.
Step 5
If, when applying for a discount or club card in any store, you agreed to receive news about ongoing promotions, and now you want to unsubscribe from a specific sender, you can contact him directly. Send a request to disable mailing to the e-mail of the store, call the hotline or contact any sales consultant.
