Watching movies on a small laptop or desktop computer display is not as enjoyable as on a large TV screen, even if it is not LCD or plasma. You can connect your computer to almost any analog TV.
Necessary
S-Video cable
Instructions
Step 1
To connect, you should use the S-Video connector, which can be found on almost any video card of a stationary computer or laptop, as well as on most models of analog TVs. By connecting your computer and TV with an S-Video cable, you can dub the image, but the sound will come from the computer's sound card.
Step 2
Turn on your computer and TV, and then connect the S-Video cable to both devices. The picture will start streaming, but the channel must be tuned in order for it to appear on the TV screen.
Step 3
Follow the instruction manual of the TV and search for a new channel. Among other signals coming through the TV antenna, you will also find the video signal that is transmitted from the computer's video card. Fix the channel to the TV memory and enjoy watching!
