In the latter situation, you cannot do anything, but you can easily cope with the first one, just activate the "Caller ID" service, which is available at all major telecom operators.

Step 1
Users of the Beeline network have at their disposal as many as two numbers to connect to the service. One of them is the free number 067409061, and the second is the USSD request number * 110 * 061 #. The use of any of these numbers is free, and there is no connection fee. By the way, in order for this service to work correctly, write down all the numbers in your phone book in the international format (that is, it must start with +7, not 8).
Step 2
MTS also has a service that allows you to activate the "Caller ID" service, it is called "Internet Assistant". It is always available on the main page of the operator's official website (just click on a separate field with the same name, it is easy to notice, it is highlighted in red). But keep in mind that for authorization in the self-service system, you will need a personal username and password. You don't need to do anything to get a login, it is already your mobile phone number. But to get a password, you will have to send a USSD request * 111 * 25 # or call the short number 1118. After dialing one of the indicated numbers, follow the operator's instructions.
Step 3
Do not forget that you must set the password yourself, it must be from four to seven characters (numbers) long. The use of this self-service system is free, but access to it may be terminated for some time if you enter an incorrect password more than three times.
Step 4
It is easier for Megafon subscribers to use the "Caller ID" service than the others, since it does not require connection in this case. The service starts operating automatically as soon as the SIM card is registered in the network. However, even this service will not help to determine the hidden number if the caller has activated another service - "Number identification restriction".
