Instructions
Step 1
If for any reason you have limited access to messages sent through your mobile phone number (they were deleted, SIM card or phone lost, and so on), contact the Megafon technical support service to provide you with a printout of SMS messages for a certain period of time.
Step 2
Most likely, you will be advised to contact customer service offices, or they will ask for information confirming your possession of a SIM card, for the subsequent sending of a printout in the form of a file by e-mail (depending on company policy and user category).
Step 3
Contact the customer service office of Megafon to receive a printout of SMS messages received and sent using the mobile number of the SIM card registered in your name. Provide employees with the necessary documents to prove your identity in accordance with the legislation adopted in your country. Pay for the operator's services, after which you will be given a report on messages for the period of interest.
Step 4
If you want to read other people's messages sent to and from the Megafon number, the SIM card of which is not registered with you, ask the phone owner for permission to perform this action. Otherwise, your reading of someone else's correspondence may be perceived as unauthorized access to personal data and may even entail certain liability, if this is provided for by the legislation of your country.
Step 5
Do not fall for the tricks of scammers who offer you access to read other people's SMS messages when you install a certain application on your phone. Most likely, this program contains malicious code that can harm your mobile device or independently make calls and send SMS messages.
