Step 1
Disable the service in one of several ways. Dial the special command * 252 * 0 # on your phone and press the call key. You can also dial the alternative command * 111 * 252 * 2 #.
Step 2
Send an SMS with the text 2520 to the short number 111. This is a free service that will allow you to deactivate the "Bit" service. Wait for a response message confirming the success of the operation.
Step 3
Use the "Internet Assistant", which can be accessed on the official website of the operator. Open the "Services" menu and find "Bit" in the list of connected services. It is enough to select the "Disable" item to terminate the service.
Step 4
Perform alternative actions if your phone has an even more expensive SuperBIT service. Dial the special command * 628 * 0 # or * 111 * 628 * 2 #. You can also send a message with the text 6280 to number 111. Also, the "SuperBIT" service is deactivated through the "Internet Assistant".
